The device loses connection every now and then. App is slow to connect and buggy, ie.lads me to store for an update, which is already installed. In a nut shell, very poor quality and customer experience for the money you are paying! You'd be better off with a google/amazon speaker for half the money, or if you are not an audiophile, even for one tenth!

Update: now even the internet radio is not working smoothly, only the new tunein. No need for bose systems. PC with good sound is doing it better and easier to set up. As update is obligatory and it cannot go backwards, in the end it looses the value. It seems that Bose is still not taking the comments seriouly. App has limited funcionality. Still need the remote for full functions. And collecting information about activities is spying, resulting in low respekt to their clients. I want an radio, not an data sending box... And the November update is slow, all recent stations is not available anymore and it is impossible to go backwards to the older version 13. This is especially a hassle as forcing to update cannot be stopped. The sound of Bose equipment is good, but sw and Control gets worse. And taking of the channel-history is going backwards, as it helped to overcome the limited presets.

It works, though the app itself is not user-friendly at all. The previous blue/black version was better in that regard. It's also quite bad performance-wise (laggy animations, takes a while to react). It could profit from more features (sleep timer integrated, option to always intercept phone volume to control speaker volume). One thing I'm really missing is a favourites-list inside the app that can hold more than 6 entries.
