The app is very slow, when I open it, most of the time it says "Connecting" and I'm not able to see any car. When I want to lock the car to end the ride, I have to keep closing and opening the app so it finally loads the cars in the map and I can see mine. The big problem is that it charges per minute so I lose time and money with that. I have a good phone and good internet so the problem is 100% the app. Apart from that, the parking rules are super restrict so I always prefer Miles.

Nice in theory, but the app/technology is very buggy. We booked the car for an entire day, and (without failure) EVERY single time we locked the car when stopping over, it would single-handedly unlock itself (we weren't even near the car) and send a push notification with an alert. Obviously we weren't able to lock it again either because we were not close to the car. This happened 4-5 times throughout the day. Luckily we never left any valuables inside the car, but that's a real security issue!

Hello Stephanie, thanks for the information. This is of course not normal. We need to identify the car, can you please send us a quick note with the details? You can write to feedback@free2move.com with reference R2605-43. Many thanks! 🙏

Good concept, but the app is designed like a scam. When arriving at our destination (we only drove within Rome to the main train station), the app told us that we "need to be in a home area". We had to call the service hotline for someone to be able to confirm that we were in fact in a home area and did everything right. We then got "refunded" the ride (it still booked off the 15€ sign up value), but had to buy another train ticket costing us 95€. Cannot recommend for anyone with a schedule!
