Bad experience. I could not find any email on the website/app to contact Customer Service just a phone number which somehow it doesn't works. A Refund it's not possible you just get a flight credit even that the flight was cancel by the company. I travel a lot with cheap airlines but never before with this Airline. Very bad experience and very Complicated. In 2021 online service has to be easy and fun.

I would not give even a star for the level of disappointment they gave me at the airport ( Boarding was denied and even said to fly tomorrow) The staffs really need some customer manners. Regarding the app No customer service contact number only a bot messenger and bot speaking on the phone repeating the website. Does not matter about the app but all it matters is about the service. One of the most disappointing airlines service in 20 years.

I booked - and paid for - adjoining seats for my wife and I for a Vueling flight to Barcelona. Unfortunately, Vueling kept moving my seats after booking, so we weren't sitting next to each other. I paid a second time for the seats I initially booked, but Vueling moved them again. This resulted in an extra hour in a queue for a check-in booth, for the attendant to change them back again. Worse of all, the experience was broadly mirrored for the journey home. I wouldn't fly with Vueling.
