The process to set up my account was pretty easy and connecting my bank. I love receiving the notifications so I can track payments received and the low processing fee. However, I would like for them to allow more fields to obtain additional information from customers like a note section, phone number, and a field for additional information. I had a couple of tickets purchased on behalf of others but nowhere to put their name.

I like the app on the phone as a support on the side app where I get to check quickly when the transactions will approximately land in my account. it is a way to keep track on the money coming in. but I don't find it comfortable enough to create invoices via phone (Im not sure if it is even possible coz how illogical it is to me to begin with, tht I didn't bother to check).

Can't even log in. It says 2 step verification isn't supported on my device (pixel 10). I only want to find out where a clients payment has gone. Deleting the app and sticking with desktop, then when the payment has cleared I can delete stripe altogether, I wish free agent hadn't recommended it! Fees are steep and they hold on to the payments foe too long.
